I am an amateur photographer that used a Canon AE-1 for a very long time, and finally in 2005 I made the jump to the digital world. From a photographer perspective, I am attracted to light, color, and texture and will shoot most any subject. I really enjoy Flickr as a site, and love the variety and world perspective of Flickr and its contributors. Susan and I have been all over the world having spent 21 years in the U.S. Army so we appreciate flickr's worldwide reach.

Many times I feel so fortunate to capture the images that I shoot and hope someone will smile or laugh when they view them.
