I love taking photos more than being in them. I also love collecting cameras.

I started taking photography seriously about 15 years ago. Picked up a Minolta SR-1 and didn't look back. Eventually got a Nikon D3000.

Moved to Canada several years ago and left all my gear back home. Have been slowly rebuilding my collection and adding some more for practical purposes, and out of desire.

Nowadays I use my Nikon D40 with various Lenses. The sensor in this camera speaks to me more than any other DSLR I have used before.

As a rule, I do not use any applications such as Photoshop, etc. The most I will "edit" a photo is to tweak the brightness up or down due to over/under exposing a shot using whatever photo manager I have on hand. All uploads are for the most part, straight from my SD card. I have always been this way.
