Lisa moved back to Oregon after living in the Seattle, WA area for 15 years. Balmes is a licensed Realtor® in the states of Oregon and Washington and uses her marketing and public relations background to help facilitate the branding of CBP. She is active in the PMAR PR Committee, YPOP Special Events & PR Committees and Secure Student. She is a member of the 2009 PMAR Million Dollar Club, Metro Multifamily Housing Association and Young Professionals of Portland. The Portland Business Journal named Lisa Balmes PC, e-PRO as a 2008 & 2009 40 under 40 Runner-up. CBP also has a league bowling team at Tigard Bowl.

Balmes has experience in working for the Portland TrailBlazers, Seattle Seahawks, Nordstrom Corporate, NFL Players Brian Blades & Sam Adams, Everett Hawks and Junior Achievement of Washington. She owns Something Special Events (SSE), a premier full service event management company started in 1998. She is also the Executive Director for the Brian Blades Foundation in Seattle, WA.
