For the last 30 years I have lived a few minutes from the LA&L shops in Lakeville, NY, so they are frequently my subject.

I never get tired of photographing the LA&L Alco's.

My Flickr account is primarily filled with my railroad photography.

I was blessed to grow up in a town where the Lehigh Valley operated. I didn't start to photograph trains with a good camera until 1977, and my favorite railroad became the D&H, since the LV was gone by then. Another favorite Railroad was the CNW. As a kid I spent many summer days watching the pair of CNW trains that operated on the "Alco Line" thru Rochester MN. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from back in the "Good Old Days", as well as some of my favorite modern day photo's.
