I started serious photography in 1980 with an Olympus OM-10 and owned various SLRs until I bought my first digital camera (Olympus C-750) in 2004. I got my first DSLR in 2007 (Canon 400D) and am currently mainly using a Canon 60D and Canon 100-400mm L lens. Having bought myself a slide scanner I will now use this account primarily for scans of old slides from the 80's and 90's, the subjects of which are far more interesting than the endless bloody Ryanair/Eurowings/EasyJet dross that we see today.
