As a photographer I am an enthusiastic amateur. I get struck by a particular view and I have to capture it. So a couple years ago I bought the most powerful camera I could afford, my beloved Canon Powershot S2 IS. I found an online photography tutorial and I've combined what I learned with the otherwise unused photoshop/paintshop/gimp skills I learned to cultivate another wonderful creative outlet.
