I post my pictures on Flickr to share with other photographers to help me learn and grow my skill. I do not post pictures here for people to steal and use on their website or in print. If you are interested in using one of my photos you can buy the rights via paypal.

Recently one of my pictures was stolen and run in a local alternative "newspaper" (I use quotes because you could hardly call any of it news). Permission was never asked and payment was never received. Apparently this newspaper (which also claims to be a Christian Organization) thought because it was on the web they could just take it and print it.

Print rights for newspaper or other print publication is $250.00 and the rights are licensed to one run only. If you plan to print the photo in other editions a new license must be purchased. The $250.00 is the cost for one picture but a package can be created for those who wish to purchase other shots at a reduced "bulk" rate.

If you have a website that is an educational site you can purchase the rights to display it on your site for $20.00. You cannot use it in print format of any kind just on your website.

If you are purchasing print or web you must add photo credit to the image. Photo credit should read Racquel Morris/Sirius Imagery.
