The mother of three fantastic, if at times rambunctious, children, 2 boys and a daughter. At the moment I my good film camera is somewhat retired, as I can't afford to fix it at the moment. I am currently using my daughters digital snapshot camera. I want to get a nice Nikon digital camera one day when I have some extra money.
I love taking pics of my family, cats, murals and gravestones. Living in Philadelphia offers lots of photo opportunities. Though most of my pics are snap shots, I hope that you enjoy them.
Most of my pictures are older pictures that I have taken or have been taken by my family, mostly my mother. I find that this is the best way for my family to see them and for me to preserve them. I hope you all enjoy traveling down my memory lane with me.
I have such varied interests, which you can see by my many sets and collections. I have a large interest in cemeteries, always have, since I went grave rubbing with my much older sister and her then boyfriend, now husband, when I was about 6 years old. Living in Philly offers a lot of cemeteries to visit. I also am interested in just every day Philly, doors, houses, buildings, the beautiful public art that we as a city are blessed to have.
I hope you enjoy my photos, and please feel free to comment. Try not to be to overwhelmed by the amount of photos. Best bet is to go to the collections page and see what collections interest you.

There are some people you meet in life who have a true gift that more should see. Kerrin is one of those people. A giving soul, she offers a view of the world few get to see - offering it through the all-seeing eye of her camera lens. Taking pictures of seemingly everyday objects, Kerrin shows us all a new way to look at the world. Her love for architecture and the "lines" of things shows in her pictures, and she also has a gift for capturing expressions as well. She is more than my friend and more than just a fellow Marine... she is a soulful woman who captures the essence of existence within her photographs. I am honored to know her and enjoy her photos.

She shows us her world, through her eyes, a great view she has, for all that matters, but I mean, really all........and that is a lot, but all valuable to us too!!! Thanks for being such a great friend on flickr. Hugs, Irene!

This once indestructible Marine is now slowly going blind sitting in front of a computer console watching images from Flickr flicker past. Encourage her to get out once in a while, would you? But not for too long, 'cause we need her here. Who else is going to make us think, "By God, I'm not alone"? Thanks, kg
