I love all animals from igaunas to wolves, but dogs are by far my favorite.

I have had three dogs so far. I got my first one at age 7. Her name was Susie, a lovely Jack Russell Terrier. I brought her to the U.S. as a tiny puppy from my Uncle's farm in Wales. She lived to be 16 years old despite losing one of her front legs at age 3. She was the best dog in the world to have while growing up.

My second dog was a tri-color Australian Shepherd, Tess. You can see lots of pictures of her on my site. She was the smartest dog I ever had! She taught herself how to use the electric putting cup with her rubber ball! I heard her playing with it all by herself and couldn't believe it! She lived to be 17 years old, which is very old for an Aussie. I miss her dearly.

My newest dog and biggest challenge is Gracie. She is also an Australian Shepherd. She is an e locus yellow color, which is unusual and not desired for show. She is the exact opposite of Tess. I don't call her Princess Bitey Puppy for nothing! She is quite the alpha dog and a big bully when she plays, ramming you with her toys. I have a long way to go with her training!
