Still considers himself as a novice photographer, Sonny started playing his brother's film camera at the age of 16. After getting a spot as one of photographers in their school papers and winning a couple of photojournalism constests he became more interested with photography. However, the passion was put to a hold during his university years where in he had finish his Bachelors in Accountancy and getting his accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.

Currently, he is based in Bermuda as a Hedge Funds administrator. But his passion to photography is still alive.
