TG's Art is infused with magic. His skill is unbelievable, the detail and precision is breathtaking. At a glance his works look splendidly realistic and perfectly captured textures (skin, leather, bark, etc), but on closer exploration you'll see hallucinatory and magnificently textured patterns whorling throughout. A corner of someone's eye can be imagined as mountain or spacescapes, or the texture of someone's skin might look like gazing into a pool of water. He is ingenius with his medium and often finds new methods in using ink charcoal and graphite, even bic pen ink. His work is soulfull, I feel like I'm meeting the people in his portraits for the first time. His photography is clever, charming, and down to earth. TG himself is just a nitwit.
