Karen is a full time full service agent who focuses on Single Family residences whether you are looking to buy or sell. She enjoys assisting first time buyers to purchase a home by guiding them through the entire process from looking for a home to closing the deal and getting the keys. Using her knowledge of the market and extensive marketing campaign she will work to bring the most number of qualified buyers to each of her sellers. There is also the service after the sale by being available for those questions you didn't know you had before the closing. Karen is there to assist her clients before, during and after the sale. Karen works with Fannie Mae foreclosures in her office and has teh SFR designation for short sales and foreclosures as well as Five Star's REO certification and their Short Sale Certification.
