Lennie (my compact camera) and I currently reside in a small suburban area of Southern California. Last Christmas, I adopted him and ever since, we were always together. As much as he needed me, I needed him too. Together, we were inseparable and our thoughts and feelings intertwined. On the days that I went to school, Lennie began to feel lonely, bored, and hungry for a good sight. Weeks later, I could bear his (our) depression no longer and decided to take in Nana the Tripod. When I am not there, Nana the Tripod folds up to a third of her size to keep Lennie company in the corner of my room. Nana has kept Lennie company and has taught him to stand firmly on her towering build. Despite being a rather slow and laggy at times, Lennie does not easily fail me, as his colorful captures are not disappointing. Rather, I fail him with my amateur technique. Perhaps one day, when I have enough money, I shall adopt him a brother and he will be named Danny the DSLR. But that day is yet to come. For now, all we have is each other. I don't upload very often because I'm quite picky about what I present, but I'm always on the lookout for the picture perfect moment (pun intended) with Lennie.
