I'm a crafty, sewing grandma who likes to create. I learned to quilt over 20 years ago but only recently discovered modern quilting and modern designers. I especially love to make bags and pouches.

I love color and I'm happy with most any color but brown (although it's ok if used with other colors). I guess my favorite colors are aqua, pink, teal, purple, lime. I like grey paired with a brighter color and I also like black and white paired with a bright. I'm a fan of low volume and also text prints. I also like solids.

Designers/fabrics that I like/love: Heather Ross, Aneela Hoey, Carolyn Friedlander, Lotta Jansdotta, Denyse Schmidt, Joel Dewberry, Bonnie and Camille, Sweetwater. I also like Japanese prints and Echino and don't forget linen. I'm all over the place with designersand fabrics!

Styles that I like/love: I'm a fan of QAYG, and I like sketchy raw edge applique. I like bags,totes, baskets, pouches, needlebooks, pincushions, covered notebooks, mini quilts and mug rugs !

Phew! Didn't think I'd ever end, didja? Basically I like a variety of things and if you want to make me something then choose something that you always wanted to try and go for it! I'd like to have something that reminds me of YOU every time I use it!
