My name is Karen. I am a mother, homemaker and digital designer. My company is Lunagirl Images (LUNAGIRL.COM) where I create and sell digital collage sheets and other downloads and creative resources using my giant archive of vintage images and ephemera. I have over 30,000 images available so far!

When I was little, I wanted to be an artist and a mermaid. Growing up, I studied mythology, folklore and history. I've worked as an editor, writer, counselor, art therapist and college teacher. I was blessed with a wonderful husband and two fine sons. My husband and I are lifelong collectors of old photos and letters, postcards and labels, antique books and other ephemeral pieces of the past. LUNAGIRL was born when we began to digitize, restore and embellish images for others to enjoy.

My work reflects my love of all things vintage. I am proud to offer you an unmatched variety of fascinating, useful images, and I carefully respect copyright laws. P.S. I love history books, movies, bellydance, all kinds of music and performance art, costumes and theater, seashells, old buttons, overgrown gardens, antique religious icons, tarot cards, mid-century kitchenware, the moon, cats, foxes, birds and the beach! I like digital collage, painting on wood, and making mixed media shrines. I love to cook and I'm learning to garden! I am an introvert and a champion daydreamer.
