I am a part time hobbyist who likes to take pictures of anything that moves (my kids call me the paparazzi).
I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and have been living in Louisville KY for the past two decades.
When I was in my 20's, I played around with an old manual Canon AE and AE1 camera. Then life hit; you know, kids, job, too much to do, etc... and my picture taking was mostly of family events. A few years ago I got a digital camera and was having fun, but my pictures were mostly relegated to being screen savers. Now with Flickr I have an outlet to share my hobby. I am really enjoying sharing all of my pictures with everyone and seeing yours as well.
My cameras are: Canon EOS 30D with 28mm/175mm IS zoom lens (my new toy) and a Kodak DX7590
