...fabricated insanity.
I sell fabric designs on Spoonflower - my own designs as well as reprints of historical fabrics, which, however, I also 're-designed' (by creating them in the various softwares I use). My Spoonflower shop can be found here, in case you're curious because of the designs in my photostream.
If you're interested in knowing when and what I release on Spoonflower, please follow me on Facebook!
In case you are wondering, the software I own and use to create my designs includes, but isn't limited to:
Photoshop CS4 extended, Inkscape, PhotoImpact, Blender, StitchEra, PE-Design 6, DeepPaint3D, Corel Draw / PhotoPaint, Gimp, Portrait Professional, FilterForge, DRAWings, ArtRage, Poser and Bryce.
(Not listed in order of usage frequency or personal preference; just in the order they came to my mind when I typed this down. I'm pretty sure I forgot a few. Last not least, most of my designs have seen more than one of those programs while I made them.)
Also, in case you're still (or even more so!) wondering, I started working with image editing software in 1998 and started texturing in 1999.
So that's pretty much plenty of time to own and learn all those programs - and to develop quite a variation of styles and workflows ;-)
Last not least, I'm an avid historical costumer; hence my interest in accurate reproductions of fabrics for certain periods, which aren't obtainable otherwise.
