Are my stories based on historic or real events?

No, my stories are entirely fictional. However, I draw inspirations from modern military shows and movies including The Unit, SEAL Team, Six, and etc.

What are my stories based on?

My stories are based in a parallel universe surrounding a fictional British Commonwealth nation named Victoria. Victoria is geographically located in the middle of Atlantic Ocean just south of Greenland. Her allies include Canada, United States, and United Kingdom. The principal belligerents include a fictional terrorist group based in Africa, Middle East and Southwest Asia.

Victoria Forces is the armed forces of Victoria made up of the Royal Victorian Navy, Royal Victorian Marines, Victorian Army, Royal Victorian Air Force and the Victorian Special Operations Forces Command. The Special Operations Forces Command is composed of the Special Operations Group, Special Operations Regiment (equivalent to the 75th Rangers Regiment or UK Special Forces Support Group), and Special Operations Aviation Wing (SOAW). The Special Operations Group consists of 4 squadrons: A Squadron (a Special Mission Unit) and line squadrons B to D (equivalent to US Army Special Forces).

What is my building process?

My current space is very limited and my dining table doubles as my building table. All of my scenes are setup on this dinning table. Usually I start with a story idea and put the story in writing. After some planning, I usually build on Saturday night after dinner, Sunday morning. Photography is usually done on Sunday afternoon and clean up before dinner time. In other words, all the scenes you see has a two day turn around period. Because of that, I use building techniques that are quick to build and easy to clean up.

What are my goals with posting these stories?

I first started creating scenes and stories for my own leisure and entertainment purpose. I was stuck one time on how to build a scene and found Flickr through Google and have been posting on Flickr ever since.
