During the nineteen-nineties, a new epoch of human existence crept, unheralded, into our collective reality. The advent of the World Wide Web ushered in an entirely novel paradigm of engagement with the vast, undiscovered realm of our own making that is Knowledge. Bit by bit, as we stumble around this storehouse of everything ever, we find that it is populated by wonders. Sights, sounds, ideas and experiences that reach out to us across cultures and ages, challenging and nurturing our consciousness. It is into this environment of serendipitous adventure that E Welthorpe's work comes, swirling, as a whirlwind of delight.
