Roger, big artist in square format... Know him for already some years now, and still learn from his compositions, the way he looks at people and 'things', his wide interests, generating loads of high quality photography.. and always with that personal presence of gold hearted humor. Well Ozzie, maybe the day will come it will be possible to visit you there, (the world has become small ehh? ) make photos and discuss them with a bottle of wine, or two. It would be nice.

I find it absolutely delightful to be able to travel to the southern hemisphere of our planet from the northern hemisphere into this wonderful man's world. I am in awe of his talent and inspired by every image I lay my eyes on. I have always wanted to travel to Australia but have never had the opportunity, it may still come and I can dream. For now I am seeing the incredible beauty there, through an exquisite photographer's eyes, one who not only shares the scenery with us but also the incredible emotion that is conveyed through his images. I am a fan ... which sounds so lame but true. I am able to breathe gazing into his seascaped images for my soul lies there as well and delight in his macros, right-on compositions of any subject and stunning use of light. A true artist whom I feel privileged to have met and very happy to share our worlds here on Flickr. I am inspired, intrigued and learn from you my friend. Thank you Roger, for sharing your world with us as I know we are all a little happier because of it. Our world just got a little smaller which is a good thing because we can share the beauty.
