David Bocci (Refugio Rosa)
Drag to set position!
The Refugio Rosa (Pink Refuge) was created with the aim of providing all those forgotten, broken and exiled Barbie dolls with a new opportunity by restoring and giving them a new and renovated glory closer to the fashion world than to their traditional pink circle.
The opportunity of creating the first honorary doll for the “2013 Barbie Collectors Convention in Spain”, the “Reina Náyade” (Naiad Queen), turned this project into a dream came true for his creator, David Bocci: being a fashion designer for Barbie dolls.
The Refugio Rosa became the brand David Bocci (Refugio Rosa), not only by creating seasonally the Ooak (One Of A Kind) dolls collections, with original designs, hairstyles and makeups, but also by combining them with exclusive Ooak dolls specifically created for important events or inspired in special characters and topics.
