For more than 20 years, Marlo Islen Scott has been a passionate advocate for our citizens and our state.

As a prosecutor, she worked hard to take criminals off the street and put them behind bars, where they belong. Through her efforts, the notorious Carpella gang was prosecuted and convicted, putting an end to decades of crime, corruption and illegal weapons sales.

As a State Senator, Marlo Scott worked tirelessly to pass laws protecting our children, preserving our state's pristine natural resources and keeping our taxes low. She proposed legislation to eliminate school taxes for our senior citizens, to ensure they wouldn't lose their homes to an onerous and unfair tax burden.
