I am a very active realtor at the Remax in Bethesda that is licensed in Md, DC and Va. I work 7 days a week and I am always there for my clients through the process of buying or selling from before they start to long after the transaction is concluded. I have been an agent for 9 years and before that I built and remodeled homes for the previous 22 years. I regularly help my clients w decisions about what to change/replace/remodel before putting their home on the market and there are times when I manage the work. As for buyers, quite often my clients want to make some changes to the house and I help them do that w my contractors.
