Life is good.
I am very fortunate to have a wonderful husband in my life, two wonderful offspring, three step children, many long standing friends and a great close and extended family - whom I respect and love very much.
We now live in France and in Brighton, different house still a ten minute walk from the beach, near an excellent pub with a great community atmosphere, in the vibrant city of Brighton and Hove.
We are now both retired and really enjoy exploring Britain and Europe in our Adria motorhome.
When at home we are often to be found walking over the Sussex Downs, which lie just behind the city, or strolling along the promenade.
We stay in, go out, read widely, play music and go to live gigs.
I don't use my Nikon Coolpix 7900 at all now and mostly take photos with my iPhone.
I am admin for a Flickr group: Brighton and Hove rock - the real photographic deal and used to be very active in the group but now rarely take part as we are away too much.
Thanks to each for any kind comments noted on my photostream and for choosing some of my photographs as your favourites.
Thoughts for today and everyday - Find something good in every day. Enjoy the life you have to the best of your ability. Be kind. Exercise compassion and take responsibility for the effects of your actions on others.
