im a happy, friendly, passionate person. i descovered photography about three years ago although i have always loved photographs. i built up a scrapboook of images over the years that spoke to me in some way or for whatever reason i liked and finally decided that enough was enough and enrolled at college to learn how to do this for myself instead of looking at other peoples images and wishing i could do that. Since then my photography has turned into something of a career and i am starting to trade as R.E.D Photography. At present i use a Nikon D50 and have started to set up a studio at my home. I hope to move on to weddings in the near future as i think it is something special you can do for someone to create images that hold such memories but right now most of my work is with babies or children which i adore mainly because they tend to have a quality that comes through in the images, an innocence and purity. i view my work as creating memories not just taking photographs. After all photographs are hierlooms in waiting.
