Total amateur photographer, but always looking forward to learning more.

I use a Cannon Rebel T1i. My favorite lens is the $99 Cannon EF 50mm f1.8, such an amazing value. I wish i could afford other nicer Cannon lens but ouch to the bank account. I've been playing with Sigma lens otherwise.

My current multi-purpose is the DC 18-200mm f3.5-6.3. its definitely a day lens, such a light vampire ;-D. I also have Sigma DG 70-300mm 4-5.6 with macro function at 200-300, found it pretty useful when I do more nature and wild flower photography. Its surprisingly jitter free when doing long distance macro shots (don't want to trample things). I got super lucky and found a 10-20mm 4-5.6 on clearance. Its not something i really need but I'm looking forward to some experiments with it, cityscapes maybe.

I just ordered a Holga pinhole and color filter set, tempted by the Lensbaby's too.

I only have iPhoto right now and its the old version lol. I've thought about upgrading to something more complex, but I'm not sure I'm at that level yet.
