I'm a 38 SAHM to an amazing 13 year old girl, who challenges me and keeps me on my toes, yet never lets a day go by without making me feel like the luckiest mom on the planet.

I've been battling cancer for about 8.5 years, and although I'd never say I'm glad that this happened, I can't imagine my life without the wonderful blessings, opportunites and people brought into my life because of this journey.

I love creating art any time I can, and when I'm too ill to be out in my studio, I love being inspired by the amazing people here on Flickr!
