I've had a passion for photography ever since my Mum gave me an old Kodak 110 film camera with a cube flash that could only be used four times - I think I may have been about 6 years old. I quickly used up all my opportunities for indoor photography on taking 4 pictures of our ginger cat Gonzo and the rest is history...

I currently use a Nikon D600 and have a passion for prime lenses. My current kit includes:

:: Nikon 50mm 1.8G

I hope to get to the stage where my kit mainly consists of prime lens. Next on my shopping list is:

I really enjoy Flickr as medium for sharing photography with my friends and family. The feeling that I get when someone comments or favorites a photo is still really exciting and keeps me inspired to get out and shoot more.
