Laurie is my art hero. I found her work on eBay and have been addicted ever since. There is no way on this Earth that someone this gifted should be toiling away on her own without an entire studio of elves and faeries to carry out her every whim and attend to the most menial of art tasks. I'm telling you, she is bound for big time fame, and if it weren't for the fact that you'd be competing against me for her pieces I'd tell you to get yourselves over to eBay and Etsy and snap up everything she makes. She recently made two of the most beautiful sets of cupcake faeries for friend's children that I have ever seen, and I'm picky. I just think she's the best. She's made such a difference in my life, just when I needed it the most. If I happen to be feeling blue all I have to do is look anywhere in my room and I'll see one of her pieces covered in glittery and whimsy and I'm instantly transported to a happier place of feeling.
