The 35th America's Finest City Half Marathon set for August 19, 2012, will begin at historic Cabrillo National Monument, with its majestic view of both San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean, and follow scenic San Diego Bay and Harbor Island along the Embarcadero to The Star of India, before it winds through downtown San Diego and ends in beautiful Balboa Park.

The AFC 5K is held the same day in Balboa Park and starts and finishes at the AFC Half finish line.
