The Australia-Africa Partnerships Facility (AAPF) is an initiative of the Australian Government. It is one of three key mechanisms that AusAID is using to achieve a key objective of Australia’s aid and development approach to Africa: ‘to help build the human resources capacity of African countries, particularly in areas and ways where Australia has recognised strengths and expertise’.
