Over the past months of admiring Paula's work, it is plain to see that she can turn to any type of image and craft the best out of it, whether it be natural or man made. What is more impressive is that it is all born out of traditional techniques in photography, which she clearly has a gift for. It is astounding to me that Paula doesn't have testimonials, although I have to admit her photos speak millions of words. The atmosphere she creates recreates the scenes we thought we once saw... the continuous and arduous work evolves and reshapes black and white in a subtle and intimate way. The viewer is spoken to softly, invited in, and sometimes, plainly exposed to scenes of everyday life, reviewed, reimagined. Thank you for sharing your vision and for constantly challenging the viewer's eye in blazing black and white !
