Hello my name is Anna Therese Hayes. I grew up Anna Therese Bustos in southern California and have lived in La Mirada Most of my life. I attended two Catholic schools St John of God in Norwalk and St Paul of the Cross in La Mirada. Yes, I am a true survivor! Ha ha Just kidding Sisters! Later I took classes at Cerritos College and Fullerton College as a business major. I have always wanted to be my own boss and have my own business helping and interaction with people therefore chose the challenging world of Real Estate in 1997. At first was off to a slow start but I am not one to give up. I guess you could say that I am stubborn so in between raising 3 sons working different jobs and starting another business, Advanced Communications Engineering, which I still run today with my family, I stuck it out and continued working in the Real Estate market. Over the years I moved from Century 21 to Coldwell Banker then on to the best Real Estate Company in Southern California, Prudential California Realty. Why is it the best? Well for starters the highest average sales price, the most exposure via the internet, news papers, 23 offices collaborate region wide to locate the best buyers and properties throughout So Calif. and last but not least the absolute best training in all areas, this has kept me abreast of the constant changes in the RE Market, Short Sales, Divorce sales, Foreclosures, REO’s, REFI’s, HAFA, HAMP, HARP ect.. My goal is to help all of my clients fulfill their dreams of homeownership, help them with any hardship, move on to a new home or help with a refi, short sale or any RE situations.
