As past director of the Virginia and Richmond Association of Realtors, and as a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute, Linda knows the value of continuing education in her field. A Team You Can Count On!

With the continued growth of Burchett and Associates, Linda has partnered with her daughter, Lara Burchett-Williams, to better serve their buyers and sellers. Lara graduate from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and married Chris in 2011. Lara and Chris have 3 dogs and live in Richmond’s West End. Lara has a passion for mission work – whether in South Africa, or at home in Richmond. She is co-chair of the Keller Williams Culture Committee and enjoys working with buyers and sellers. Kelly Lynn Durrence, Linda and Lara’s full-time administrative assistant, comes from a Real Estate paralegal background with over 15 years of experience. She is a licensed assistant in order to better serve their clients. Kelly takes an active part of the Keller Williams culture by working with other agents and their assistants. She is not only knowledgeable about Real Estate, but is also able to constantly assist their clients with other needs. Kelly is a single mom of little Cynthia and resides in Henrico County. Linda has been passionate about Real Estate since her first day in March, 1973. Consistently in the top 10 agents in her office, and in the top 1% of all Realtors, Linda enjoys a reputation of professionalism, ethics, high integrity, enthusiasm and an over-all LOVE of the real estate business. Linda’s husband Larry, retired from the Virginia State Police in 2004, became licensed as a Realtor and is an integral part of Burchett and Associates. Larry manages the partnerships, real estate investments, meets clients at home and termite inspections, and even shows homes on occasion. The love of Linda’s life for almost 45 years, they love to travel, boat and share lots of together time. Larry and Linda are active members of their church, Derbyshire Baptist, and give God all the glory for the abundant life, their family and friends, buyers and sellers, and the opportunity to serve God and others.
