The Clean Team, a work and job skills development program has been on duty since 2008. Supervised teams of workers conduct general labor projects such as event set-up & tear down, event cleaning, building cleanouts, grounds clean-up, and a variety of other services.

The vision is to teach formerly homeless men workplace skills essential for success in today’s job market. Clean Team workers are taught workplace values, such as: being prompt, ready to work, safe, attentive, cooperative, diligent, productive, trustworthy, flexible and grateful. The Clean Team is real work for real wages performed by men learning to become self-reliant and productive in society.
