Stumbled into macro when I got hold of some old Minolta lenses and figured out a way to connect them to the SX230. Using OpenSource software: Fedora (from 8 onward), Digikam (from 1.5 onward) having a look into darktable and playing around with the gimp.

Would like to devote a week to sitting in a crowded city plaza or a subway entrance. Try to do daily topics, often failing, but always learning.
