I have been using a digital camera for over a year now (point and shoot) and before that only took holiday and family snaps with a 35mm. I am enjoying the freedom to take as many pics as I like and being able to play with the results. Flickr is a great palce to get new ideas and to learn different techniques....hopefully one day soon will get a better camera but for now ,this one does what I want it too!

Hey, hey got my "better" camera....now to learn how to use it! It is second hand but has been well loved and hopefully I will get as much joy from it as it's previous owner!

Yay, got my first picture published! It is for a free travel guide so not getting money for it but to get the recognition is exciting enough!...for now!
