I'm English/Irish and live in the northeast of England in the County of Northumberland. This is knowing as the Border County with Scotland. It's very wild and beautiful but can be quite cool in winter! I live very close to the sea and enjoy the freshness it brings all year round. I am of Irish stock and my family are from beautiful County Galway and County Antrim.

I'm a stained glass artist and over the years have made and restored many church windows. I loved my work because it was creative and artistic, but now that I have retired my son continues with the work. I'm now devoting my time in hopefully creating works of art with my camera.

I love nature in all it's many forms and I'm it total awe of it's beauty. To capture some of it's beauty is quite a challenge but one that I look forward to.

There are so many talented photographers around the world that I feel quite humble when I view their pictures here on Flickr.

I enjoy visiting other countries and enjoying their hospitality but I do have a great love of Spain. I have a house in Malaga and enjoy my many visits.

I hope over the coming years to meet and make through Flickr many friends who have the same love of nature and life.
