Bought my first camera in 2008. A little Canon point-and-shoot. I shot with that thing for close to 2 years before I went on to pursue what I thought was my passion--writing. Turns out writing wasn't my passion so last year I decided to buy a DSLR, a Nikon D3000. It was such a jump from my previous camera but I loved it.

Then, early this year I took a photography class and was immediately drawn even more into the world of photography. I wanted to do something great like the artists I was learning about, so that's what I've been trying to do to this day. I replaced the D3000 with a D3200 over the summer which is what I shoot with now.

I'm trying to get as many people to see my work as possible.
