I really don't know what to say or write in a testimonial and they all end up sounding corny and false, but i have something to say about Deborah's work. Her street photography has a rare formal power, i like her energy of her shots that is irresistible and has a great psychological intimacy. Deborah draws us into empathizing with her subjects, in poses that are spontaneously informal, with a lightness of touch and a wry observational humour. Jim Morrison once sang, "people are strange," important street photography is about teaching us to see with fresh perceptions, to make new the strangeness of contemporary life, Deborah is a unique talent and a good friend.
