If it's cliche' I have probably taken a picture of it. This is the unfortunate reality of a photographer, but I strive to bring something new and interesting to my work flow. I may not always be successful on this count yet I still come away with an image by the end of the day that I am interested in and perhaps it fits your liking. I am not afraid to try new shooting techniques and I employ a wide variety of shooting equipment. Ranging from my android through the point and shoot collection I have built up as well as several pro cameras. I shoot film for my personal enjoyment and to better my own skills, but I do not make claims one way or the other as to which is better. Shoot with what you have and make the best of it. Even if its just your phone. Go through my photo's and try to pick out the ones taken with my DSLR's or PEN camera, and the ones that I have taken with my compact cameras or phone. I honestly doubt that just by looking at the photo you can tell. (PS no cheating by looking at the photo info tab)

About me. :)

I have been shooting and learning about photography and various styles since 2005 when I got my first compact digital camera. It still works today though with some slight malfunctions on occasion. After taking more then 11,000 images and travelling all 48 states with me, I cant blame it. Today I have several more cameras and still use them all. It is honestly tough for me to give one up since I attach memories of certain photo's to each camera, this is good and bad. So call me sentimental I take pride in that!.

My primary camera is a Nikon DSLR. Here is where I would like to insert that I DO NOT believe the camera makes the photographer. . . If you dont know how to take photo's that are awesome in the first place, then a $1,000+ DSLR or CSC camera is not going to help. On the other hand, if you are already pretty good, and are just absolutely feeling limited by the capabilities of a compact camera and want to trully take control, then by all means UPGRADE!! (and for goodness sake, dont leave it in AUTO mode. . . you upgraded for a reason remember, its called CONTROL) By all means be a control freak when using your camera, no matter what you may have. Take it to its limits and then push it more!! Only then have you truly used it. Also don't baby the camera, I'm not saying to be careless and smash t into a wall, but I am say NOT to keep it in the bag or in your car and never use it. . . If you never have the camera with you and or its uselessly bagged up to "keep it protected". . . then there is no point in having it in the first place, ok? haha I am done ranting now.

Best wishes shooting and by all means shoot a lot!!! but please, do be selective of what you post, and if it's cliche' try processing it differently, add some spark and make it yours!!!
