A confession: I quilt !

My grandmother had a pillowcase in Grandmothers Flower Garden and I just loved it. Later I saw another quilt in a museum and then I was inspired to start. Patchwork and quilt was not wellknown then in Denmark so I had to figure it out for myself, I had no longer my grandmother to help me.

Now I sew all what can be sewn.

I like to reuse things, find something and give it a new life. Our home and summerhouse is filled, or stuffed with old things, things there are to good to be thrown out, things we have inherited from our parents and things I have found.

My head is full of ideas to use/reuse them.

I am lucky to have a husbond who accept that the dinner sometimes/often come from the freezer, when I am busy sewing/painting/thinking on projects.

I like to take photoes, mostly of my projects but also some of the places I like. And I like to share my life, ideas and activities with others, and Flicker is a great way to share with people from all over the World.
