The images in the San Francisco Public Library's Branch Archives Flickr collection are culled from the neighborhood history files that almost every San Francisco Public Library branch keeps. These collections contain newspaper clippings, photos, and ephemera pertaining to the different neighborhoods the branches serve. The goal of this Flickr collection is to bring to light these unique holdings and to provide increased online access to the collections.
