Camera in hand since 10 years old, but still only an amateur. Taking photos is a forever interest at which I hope to get better. I am intrigued by how people live daily lives and how they treasure one another. So many of my photos deal with faces, connections, in ordinary settings that suggest a story.

Gratitude, simplicity, and spirit. I look to record those virtues with the hope they will come alive in my life too.

Photos have a power to open others and me to a wider world. Poverty in the third world and significant cultural expressions find a way into my photostream and into the favorites I collect from other flickr members.

In the 80's, I have lived in Bolivia and there developed a program called Amanecer which serves children and women living on the streets. Now am at home in Cleveland, Ohio USA.
