Stephen is definately one of the most original photographers out there. He finds angles and compositions that makes you forget you're looking at a picture, instead you become part of it. He is honest and true. Also his comments are always a pleasure to read as he sees the essence of a picture very clearly. Nice to "kno… Read more

Like so people on flickr Stephen first appeared to me to be just another flickrite, but unlike so many Stephens photographs showed a truly gifted eye for the beautiful. Not only does Stephen have an amazing photographic/artistic eye but he is also one of a rare breed of people....................people who are sincere, helpful and above all caring. I always look forward to seeing Stephens next 'piece of art' in my contacts, they really do mean a lot to me. I have never met him but I feel I have made another friend out there in the big bad world. May peace be with you Stephen and may god keep you and your loved ones safe.

Stephen's photos always manage to evoke feelings of emotion within me, the first I saw was of his grandmother -in-law who had just passed from this earth, but the love and dedication it took to produce the most loving tribute was so heartfelt I knew that this mans photos were special. I have since learned about his life as a paramedic and followed his hobby, he has grown so much as a photographer, and for the people who wait in awe for his next wonderful image, I am also one who looks in wonder at his photos and thank him for his thought provoking works of art. Bless you Stephen .

Stephen's images always blow my mind. Beauty and Humanity is a common thread through his images. Not many photographers have the ability to move me emotionaly but Stephen never fails. It is an honor to be "handcanons contact". Stephen never fails.

With Steve what you see is what you get. A man with many talents who makes his living helping people cope with life's most tragic moments. He has a childlike sense of wonder about the world and truly does not have a bad day. His mantra might be, "What gift will I be given today"? The magic in the images does not … Read more

He has a childlike sense of wonder about the world and truly does not have a bad day. His mantra might be, "What gift will I be given today"? The magic in the images does not come from expensive camera equipment...his gear is simple. The magic comes from Steve's incredible imagination and willingness to try new things. Enjoy his passion and look for wonderous things to come.

Stephen has an exceptional eye for an interesting photograph. He approaches a subject more from an artist's eye, than a journalist would. Creative and beautiful, his photograph always is worth taking a look at. Keep up the good work,Stephen!!!
