WLEAN is the West Limerick Environmental Animation Network. The network comprises a number of Tidy Towns Groups and Community Groups in West County Limerick that are working with the Environmental Education Unit of An Taisce and West Limerick Resources Ltd. to develop and improve their Tidy Towns Programmes and furthermore to improve the quality of life for all in West Limeri
