My tribute gallery to your work: www.flickr.com/ph... I like nouredine's sense of space - often receding, sometimes just suggested, illuminated in part, or scantily with lines and shards of light. It feels like he is pointing out absences or silences, and leaving the viewer the space to dwell on them. The images have a strong graphic impact, but are very rarely flat compositions - it's definitely art, but also retains a strong grounding in the real. So much of his work has a bit of a gritty edge to it - something I've perhaps not fully caught here. I like how the images beg more questions than they answer. I leave always wanting more.
