KMCC is a Uganda-owned, Uganda-led initiative working in partnership with other similar Ugandan organisations to collate, synthesise, analyse and communicate research and other knowledge on HIV/AIDS.

The knowledge gathered will be used to inform evidence-based policy and practice in order to help to reduce annual HIV infections in the country.
