Shawn Hartmann began his Real Estate Career in the Mortgage industry in 2003. Understanding the ins and outs of finance has been extremely helpful during his career. Knowing what is needed and how financing works is valuable education that he still uses today.

In 2005 Shawn began working as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty and formed the Hartmann Team. At a very early stage in his career, Shawn was able to separate himself from the pack with high level energy, powerful marketing ideas, and smart business sense. In 2007 Shawn Hartmann and long time friend Shawn Korby decided to merge Teams together. Hence the Hartmann Korby Team was created.

The Hartmann Korby Team consistantly sells 100+ Homes a Year with an emphasis on Como Park, Falcon Heights, and Roseville. Being area experts in Como Park, Falcon Heights and Roseville allows Shawn and the Hartmann Korby Team to work differently. The Hartmann Korby Team often knows about properties not even on the MLS in Como Park, Falcon Heights and Roseville. Having a strong pulse has allowed Shawn to help sellers and buyers get the very best deals (and even before homes hit the market).

Shawn Hartmann enjoys spending time with his family. Shawn has 2 young daughters that keep him more than busy, but he is still able find a way to get out on the boat and fish local lakes.
