Retired in December 1995 after working 38 years for the U.S. Federal Government. My wife and I then moved the following July to a retirement community in Ocala, Florida, an area known for its wonderful country settings and beautiful horse farms. In fact, the area is often referred to as "The Horse Capital of the World." Beginning in the late 1990s, I became an equine writer/photographer for several local, regional, and national equine publications. Still doing some of that today.

This testimonial is to both thank Bob for his time-consuming efforts to critique our photos and to encourage all club members to review these critiques cafefully and to learn from them. They have been very valuable me and I apprciate them. Bob continually preachs "an eye for seeing".. and he has a good one. Sometimes I am embarrassed by something he sees and points out that I should have seen and taken care of before I posted the photo, but hey, that is part of learning. You can learn from his critiques of your photos and you can learn from his critiques of other's photos. He puts a lot of time in this! Read them all and learn!
